Robert A. Schmitz & Co., industrial and commercial real estate agents located in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, announces the sale of the retail automotive  facility located at 225 W. Roosevelt Road, Villa Park.  The property, comprised of 32,863 SF situated on a 6-acre site, had an asking price of $275,000.00.  Daniel E. Curtis, Senior Vice President, Robert A. Schmitz & Co., represented the buyer, an undisclosed investor.  Mr. Curtis also represented the tenant, a growing and expanding internet-based retail automotive dealership.
